• Brush your teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste
• Floss daily
• See your dentist for regular checkups and cleanings
• Treat gum disease and other oral health problems promptly
• Maintain a healthy diet low in sugar and processed foods

Post-Treatment Tips

• Ongoing Whitening: The gel continues to work within the teeth for several hours after treatment.

• Long-Term Care: Refrain from consuming staining substances (e.g., coffee, tea, red wine, or brightly colored foods) for 24 hours.

Ideal Treatment Plan
